David Soane,
In this presentation, we will identify a few example opportunities in mature industries where nanotechnology inspired innovations can have a significant impact. The common basis for such innovations is molecular self-assembly at air-solid or liquid-solid interfaces. The industries covered include textile, cosmetics, construction materials, paper and pharmaceutical formulation.
