Senior Physics Major Heather Ferron Earns Academic Honors


Heather Ferron, along with Jenny Maurer, of the BC women’s soccer team has been placed on the ESPN The Magazine/CoSIDA Academic All-District women’s soccer team.  Heather, a native of Brookfield, Wis., has been on the women’s soccer team for four years.  She has played in 73 games and started 62 for the Eagles.  A double major in Physics and Math, Heather has eight goals and 13 assists for 29 career points.  This is the second time Heather has been honored by CoSIDA, as she was named to the All-Academic team as a sophomore.  She also received the Athletic Director’s Award for Academic Achievement as a junior.
