X-Ray Diffractometer

• This diffractomter has a unique 2D detector to capture entire Debye ring. Larger area detector allows an easy Stress-texture analysis. It also has Laser/video system for easy sample alignment and positioning. Small Collimator Size such as 50µm allows micro-diffraction analysis.
• 2D Detector
• Collimator Size: 50 Micrometer, 0.3mm, 0.5mm, 1mm;
• Stage: 4-circle and X, Y, and Z
• Laser/Video System for Easy Sample Alignment and Positioning
